Moosehead Films will use its best efforts to help THE HOUSE to be exploited worldwide, so as to maximize the monetary return to be derived by the film. J.B. Movies and Moosehead Films will do its best to promote the film so that it is distributed to its greatest potential. Our marketing plan for this film is to use the "Global Release Party" as our main attention grabber since it utilizes both Internet exposure and traditional exposure at the same time. Using this newly combined marketing approach, we will create a profit by offering the film on V.O.D. (Video on Demand) and DVD while also having a limited theatrical run of the film. In our pursuit of producing and marketing this film, we have the potential of drawing traditional distribution companies into the project as well, which include but are not limited to:

-Domestic and foreign theatrical distribution rights

-Box office profit participation

-Video sale/rental distribution rights

-Domestic and foreign sales television broadcasting rights


Revenues from all sources will be deposited into Moosehead Films LLC’s account as they are received. Once the production expenses have been recouped, investor payments will begin.


If the film is able to make a profit within a year after the production is complete, Moosehead Films will award John W. Bosley and his company J. B. Movies and Visual Arts the remaining equipment from the production as a “bonus” for being able to both create a cost-efficient film production and produce a profit for the production within a year after completion.
