The approximate cost of the film has been broken down and based on each major phase in the filmmaking process. Should less than the maximum amount be raised, the budget will be adjusted in all phases, but especially the post-production phase.

The remaining budget amount reflects contingencies, general expenses, and fringes. If the minimum $150,000 budget is not raised by the target date, Moosehead Films may elect to proceed with the first two phases of production. By proceeding with the first two phases, Moosehead Films will be able to draw in interests of new investments to finish the project.
