John W. Bosley has written a dozen screenplays. His feature film “The Allan Carter Saga Part I: AMNESIA”, or otherwise known as AMNESIA, is being entered into several film festivals. AMNESIA toured the state of Maine in July 2008 with great reactions from audience members. John is also the creator of RebFest, the first Twitter-Based, online festival. The festival and John‘s film, AMNESIA, was the main topic of one of Yahoo! News’ top stories in March 2009. John hopes to develop RebFest into a online distributor for independently produced films in order to give filmmakers a way that they can offer their films Video On Demand.

John learned, through AMNESIA, how to make dramatically compelling films, while being cost-effective. He believes that the script is the foundation and the most important part of filmmaking, not A-list actors or costly special effects. John wrote, directed, acted, produced, and did a large portion of the post production on AMNESIA. This hands on approach to the entire process gives him insight on keeping costs down while bringing out the highest professional quality to the screen.
