J.B. Movies and Visual Arts is pursuing a loan of $20,000 from either individuals or a group of individuals to start the initial development of the Limited Liability Company (Moosehead Films LLC) in which the equity investments will be for sale. The loan will be paid back, with 50% interest added, once $250,000 (half the budget) has been raised to produce the film.
